By using this website or booking a service with Nikki’s Needles, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Professional Services

Nikki’s Needles provides professional aesthetic services (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, IV wellness infusions). All treatments are performed by a Registered Nurse. Every service requires a professional assessment and informed consent. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for a client.

2. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings and financial transactions are managed through our Jane App Portal.

  • Cancellations: By booking, you agree to the cancellation policy displayed in Jane App. All cancellations must be processed through the portal.
  • Refunds: All aesthetic treatments and services are final sale. Once a treatment has been administered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Results: Results of aesthetic treatments vary by individual and are not guaranteed. A lack of a specific desired outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Mobile Services

For mobile services provided within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA):

  • A $50 travel fee applies to all mobile appointments.
  • The client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and private environment for the treatment.
  • Nikki’s Needles reserves the right to cancel the session immediately upon arrival if the environment is deemed unsanitary or unsafe.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete health history information. You are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the practitioner to ensure your safety and optimal results.

5. Medical Disclaimer
